There are few sensations as pleasant as those brought about by the verb "premiere." Few words we like more than "exclusive" and there can be no combination of words more stimulating than "cheap luxury". If you apply all this to your home, that space that is the scene of most of your life and in which you have been a few months more involved than ever, the stimulus is multiplied by ten. Because yes, you have had time to realize that corner that needs a return, that small reform that you always leave for later, that wall that cries out for a touch of attention. And yes, you have learned by force that great truth that we seldom digest: now more than ever, don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today; tomorrow you never know. Do not wait any longer, surely you still have time and, if not, do not worry because you do not need it so much. Just a little creativity and little or no money. 1. With boxes everything fits better
And we are not just talking about the typical wooden fruit or vegetable boxes, which are also, but are always more beautiful in the photos of the magazines than on the street. With them you have endless options, from coffee tables if you put several together, auxiliary if you use only one, a bar cabinet putting some colorful bottles inside, such as trays if they are smaller, such as chill out covering them with some cushions ... But What about the cardboard ones? Have you considered them? Because with grace, mix and if you have a minimalist living room you can have a very cool touch. Find some flashy ones, paint them if you have an artistic streak and play with them.
2. Go back to vinyl
The kitchen is the room that tends to tire us the most, which tends to come by default in many apartments and which we do not usually like. Is changing it a paste? Vinila, which is very cheap. Or do you think that what you see in this photo is marble? Buy a few rolls, glue and shine. Expert tip? 3. Throw down cushions and wrinkle the blankets

As long as you do not have meaningless silver frames (wood is always better and abysmally cheaper) a full surface of them is very attractive and can revive a corner. If you have a spark, you don't even have to frame them. Mount a collage on a wall and see the effect.
5. Don't paint, stain and splash
White wall? Got it? Painting it completely can be torture. And it's not as simple as they make it sound either. Take out a brush and screw around, smudge a little. Ask your children for help if you have them. Be careful, not in the whole house, but a smooth wall can come to life like that. If you hurry us, a bathroom wall full of messages from your guests is also a hoot. Leave a box with pencils and ask, yes, not to draw penises.
6. Green I want you green
You cannot imagine what a very simple plant brings to any corner. To the bathroom too. Don't tell us that you don't want to entertain yourself taking care of them and don't listen to that snobbish comment that artificial plants are crappy. There are very successful and ideal ones. Skip them around the house. And if you want another bathroom tip, play with towels. Don't make swans, no, but instead of hanging them badly behind a door, buy or make a towel rack similar to the one in the image and get some colorful towels. When in doubt, white.
7. The magic of a wooden slat
Magic. Do magic. On a bare wall, placing a bookcase this simple creates a striking impression. If it has a beautiful natural color, you don't even need to paint it. And not that you put anything on top but, if you want, play with things you have at home. Or that you have drunk. A series of similar bottles that you like, for example wine, even empty, is a ten.
8. Lights & candles
Get a little mystical and create corners of light with candles. On a tray on a table, without a tray if they are large. Gather several and compose a set, put aside a few issues of Esquire, your favorite magazine, and you have the ideal decoration. You don't have to spend a fortune on deluxe candles. Even the aluminum rounds that are sold in packages are fantastic if you concentrate them on some surface (a nice flat plate) or you are splashing them in various places or you put them in small glasses that you never use to drink.
