  • Include this exercise routine in your beauty ritual from the age of 20. Prevention is your best ally.
  • Perform the exercises calmly and slowly. Use at least 5 seconds to perform them and for relaxation, become aware of each movement. Get a mirror and observe the symmetry of the two parts of your face.
  • Do them at night, after removing make-up and before applying your cosmetics. This way you will be able to relax from the tension accumulated during the day and that they are better absorbed.
  • At first you can do them a couple of times a week and then increase until you create a habit. It is important to practice them when you notice tension in the scalp, neck or face.

1. Forehead exercise

2. Exercise for the eye area

Make the shape of glasses with your thumbs and forefingers. Place them on the contour and tighten the skin above and below. Maintain this tension and blink 10 to 20 times. Relax and repeat two more times.

If you want to remove crow's feet, place your fingers on the temples, trying to reach the top of the ears. Later, he opens his mouth and moves his jaw from front to back. Hold the tension for 10 seconds and relax.

Another of the most used exercises for the eye contour is the “V”. Make this shape with two fingers and place them on both sides of the eyes while applying light pressure. Look up and encircle them. Then relax and repeat another 5 more times. When finished, close them tightly, keep them like that for 10 seconds, open and relax.

3. Cheekbones and cheeks exercise

To mark your cheekbones, breathe in and puff out your cheeks to the fullest. Gently tap your fingertips on them and exhale slowly. Relax and repeat another 9 more times. Then twist your lips to the right so that they pull on your left cheekbone, and do the same thing in reverse.

You can intensify this exercise by opening your mouth wide. Force all the muscles that surround your lips. Clench your teeth and pout your lips.

4. Exercise for the neck

With the following exercise you will tone the muscles of the neck and firm the skin so that the wrinkles disappear.

Look forward. Turn your head to the right, make it parallel to your right shoulder. Now, lean it back and hold the position for 6 to 8 seconds. Return to your starting position and repeat to the other side. Do 3 sets on each.

Another exercise you can do is to look forward by placing the tips of your fingers on the upper part of your neck. Slide them down while tilting your head back.

Then, stick your lower lip out as far as you can while placing your fingers on your collarbone. Hold the pose for 4 deep breaths.

5. Exercise for the neckline area

Thanks to the following exercise, you can prevent wrinkles on the neckline and neck.

Tilt your head back, purse your lips, and place your lower lip on top of your upper lip. Notice how the neck muscles tense and bring the head towards the chest. Take a deep breath. Do this exercise 3 times.
